Listings of the Top Property Management companies across the Greater Los Angeles region were recently released by the Los Angeles Business Journal (LABJ). Coreland maintained its positioning among the Top 10, ranking seventh among retail property managers.
According to the LABJ, firms are ranked by total square footage of commercial properties managed in LA County, both overall and within the retail segment. In addition to its top ranking in retail, Coreland also ranks No. 22 overall including all office and industrial management teams.
Coreland manages a diverse portfolio of retail properties positioned across Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties.
