TUSTIN, CALIF. (Feb. 12, 2015) – Coreland Companies is proud to announce that it has been awarded two retail property management assignments. Orangefair Marketplace in Fullerton and Upland Town Square add nearly a half of a million square feet to the firm’s portfolio.

Orangefair Marketplace, owned by Columbus Pacific Properties, is a 341,658-square-foot power center located at Harbor Boulevard and Orangethorpe Avenue, one of the busiest intersections in North Orange County. Major anchors, including Best Buy, Burlington Coat Factory, Marshalls and Michaels Arts & Crafts, are complimented by a variety of QSRs and local retailers.

Recently acquired by IRA Capital, the 104,565-square-foot Upland Town Square is a Sprouts-anchored neighborhood shopping center positioned on Foothill Boulevard, directly across the street from Upland High School. Co-tenants include O’Reilly Auto Parts, Denny’s,
Wells Fargo, Waba Grill and Red Devil Pizza.
