TUSTIN, CALIF. – Coreland Companies is pleased to announce that Dawn Phillips has been joined the company as Regional Real Estate Manager. Phillips, who possesses nearly 15 years of real estate management experience, will oversee a portfolio of commercial properties positioned throughout the Inland Empire.
“We are very fortunate to add Dawn to our property management team,” said Coreland Senior Vice President of Real Estate Management Cheryl Todd, CPM, CCIM. “She is extremely well-versed in retail, industrial and office management, and will bring a wealth of experience and leadership to her new role in the Inland Empire.”
Prior to joining Coreland, Phillips served as Senior Property Manager with DMP Properties where she managed more than one million square feet of shopping centers, office buildings and ground leases. Her portfolio also included single tenant assets such as a number of Best Buy, Rite Aid and Outback Steakhouse locations. Phillips also previously held Property Management roles with DJM Capital Partners and DSL Service Company, a subsidiary of Downey Savings.
Phillips holds a California Department of Real Estate Broker license.
