Coreland Companies is pleased to announce that Daisy Nguyen and Krista Bentz have joined the company as Real Estate Managers. Nguyen and Bentz each bring more than a decade of commercial real estate management experience.
“We are very fortunate to add Daisy and Krista to our property management team,” said Coreland Senior Vice President Cheryl Todd. “Both are experienced professionals with great attention to detail and a client-first approach to all management responsibilities.”
In this position, Nguyen will oversee a portfolio of neighborhood shopping centers positioned throughout Los Angeles County. Bentz’ new management portfolio will feature a collection of community shopping centers spanning Northern and Southern California.
Prior to joining Coreland Companies, Nguyen spent six years with Davis Partners for which she oversaw one million square feet of industrial flex and retail. She also spent time with Rexford Industrial as a Portfolio Manager, managing eight buildings and over 300 industrial and retail tenants.
In her previous roles, Bentz spent 10 years as a property manager at Secured Property Management where she oversaw a 1 million-square-foot retail portfolio. Her prior experience also includes the management of 1.5 million square feet of Class A office and retail for NAI Capital Management.
