24 Hour Fitness Inks 43,130 SF Lease at Hawaiian Gardens Town Center

24Hour_600wTustin, CA (Feb. 15, 2018)  ̶  Coreland Companies is pleased to announce that 24 Hour Fitness has leased 43,130 square feet of space at Hawaiian Gardens Town Center in Hawaiian Gardens, Calif.

Coreland Senior Vice President Matt Hammond and Vice President Ben Terry represented the landlord in the transaction. Bryan Norcott of NewMark Knight Frank represented the Tenant.

“Bringing 24 Hour Fitness to Hawaiian Gardens will be a great asset to the community, complementing the surrounding retailers and restaurants,” said Hammond. “This is a top-quality fitness operator that will provide a needed amenity to the community of Hawaiian Gardens.”

The new 24 Hour Fitness location replaces a former Walmart Neighborhood Market which closed in 2016. The fitness club will feature state-of-the-art cardio, strength, functional training equipment, a full-sized basketball court, studio classes, and indoor pool.

The 124,645-square-foot Hawaiian Gardens Town Center features a mix of local restaurants, service providers and retailers. Located at 12120 Carson Street, construction of the 24 Hour Fitness facility is currently underway and is scheduled to be completed this year.
